Offices of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Celebrate Eid Al-Ghadeer in Afghanistan

On the morning of Thursday, Dhul Hijjah 20, 1440 AH, the Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in Kabul, the Capital of Afghanistan held ceremonies to celebrate the grand holiday of Eid Al-Ghadeer. Groups of clerics, religious scholars and public groups of people participated in these ceremonies. Sheikh Afzali, a board member of Kabul Islamic Seminary was the keynote speaker of the ceremonies.

On this occasion, Fatima Masoumeh Center, dependent to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi held ceremonies too. Seminary teachers, clerics and members of the Grand Jurist’s Office in Kabul took part in these ceremonies.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
