Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Holds Closing Ceremony of Summer Courses

The Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Najaf held the closing ceremony of its summer courses in Baghdad, the Iraqi Capital. In this ceremony, which hosted large numbers of boys and girls, Sheikh Maisum Al-Akaeshi delivered a speech. At the end of the ceremony, these children received gifts and presents. The summer courses by the Grand Jurist’s Office include topics such as Islamic ethics, law, and beliefs.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
