Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Commemorates Tasua of Imam Hussain (PBUH)

The Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in the holy City of Qom, Iran commemorated the Day of Tasua, marking the ninth day of Muharram and the day before Imam Hussain’s martyrdom. The commemorations at the Grand Jurist’s Office were attended by the Grand Jurist, as well as groups of Shia believers and mourners, religious scholars, clerics and activists who performed the mourning rituals of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and listened to eulogies. It is worth noting that the Grand Jurist’s Office holds memorials of Imam Hussain (PBUH) in both Persian and Arabic languages during the first 13 days of the month of Muharram.
