Grand Jurist’s Son Hosts Imam Hussain’s Memorials in Kuwait

Sayed Ahmed Shirazi, the son of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Shirazi hosted memorials of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) during the first 13 days of the month of Muharram in Kuwait.

On the ninth night of this month, groups of religious scholars, clerics and religious activists gathered at the house of Grand Jurist’s son and honored the memory of the holy Imam Hussain (peace be upon him). On the night of Ashura, the Grand Jurist’s son also hosted crowds of Shia believers who mourned the martyrdom of the holy Imam and his loyal companions.

Furthermore, Sayed Ahmed Shirazi took part in the memorials of Imam Hussain at the Rasul Adham Religious Center on the days of Tasua and Ashura, which mark the 9^th and 10^th of the month of Muharram. During these visits, the Grand Jurist’s son appreciated the services and rituals performed by the Shia during the memorials in this year’s Muharram.
