Nonviolence Inc. Requests Egyptian Government to Release Dissidents

Following crackdowns against political dissidents by the Egyptian government, Nonviolence Incorporation, dependent to Imam Shirazi Foundation published a statement and requested the Egyptian authorities to release these dissidents and stop violent crackdowns.

Nonviolence also condemned the arrest of journalists and dissidents by the authorities and insisted on respecting freedom of expression and the freedom of protesting. This human rights organization also called on the Egyptian government to respect international norms and regulations and avoid any action that would destabilize this country and the region. On the other hand, Nonviolence Incorporation hinted that combating administrative corruption and improving the economy would positively impact the social issues in the country.
