The Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi held commemorative ceremonies to honor the martyrdom anniversary of the holy Prophet of Islam and Imam Ali bin Mosa Redha (peace be upon them) in the Syrian Capital, Damascus. These commemorations were attended by various groups of religious figures, clerics and cultural activists. Sheikh Akram AlKarabeej was the main speaker of these commemorations.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
