Birthday of the Holy Prophet and Imam Sadiq (PBUT) in Afghanistan

The Office of the Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in the Afghan Capital, Kabul held ceremonies to celebrate the birthday of the holy Prophet of Islam and Imam Sadiq (peace be upon them). These celebrations were attended by various groups of Shia believers and religious scholars and Mr. Shafeeq delivered a speech to the public.

In addition, Lady Fatimah Masoumeh Seminary in Kabul, Afghanistan celebrated the birthday of the holy Prophet and his noble grandson, Imam Sadiq (peace be upon them). The recitation of the holy Quran, poems and religious lectures were some of the programs at these ceremonies.

On Friday, 17^th of Rabi Al-Awwal 1441 AH, Lady Fatimah Zahra Center hosted celebrations to honor the birthday of the holy Prophet of Islam and Imam Sadiq (PBUT) in Kabul, Afghanistan. Cultural activists, religious figures and public groups of Shia believers took part in these ceremonies.

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
