Activities by AhlulBayt Islamic Thought Center in Baghdad

Ali Al-Sarrai, the director of AhlulBayt Islamic Thought Center, affiliated to the Office of Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in Baghdad, along with some members from the Crisis Committee in this City, comprising of Sheikh Asad Al-Zubaidi, one of the representatives of the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Sistani, visited two medical centers. This visit was aimed at learning about the procedure of Covid-19 testing and the disinfection of public areas.

In another program, Sheikh Sajjad Al-Tamimi, a delegate from AhlulBayt Islamic Thought Center joined a project, run by the Popular Mobilization Forces to disinfect public areas in the holy City of Karbala.

On the past few days, some members of AhlulBayt Islamic Thought Center in Baghdad, hosted a conference titled, “Islamic Medicine in the Traditions of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them)”. This conference was attended by groups of female activists, who listened to a speech by Ms. Ameri, the director of this Center. During this event, the advices of the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi to observe personal hygiene, as well as the instructions of the Iraqi Health Department were highlighted.
