PR Manager of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Meets Chiefs of Iraqi Tribal Communities in Diwaniya

Some delegations from the Public Relations Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Holy Najaf met with Sheikh Mohammad Abdul Amir Shalan Al-Akra, the chief of the Al-Akra tribal community in Diwaniya City of Iraq. During this meeting, Sayed Haidar Al-Hajar, who was heading these delegations from the Grand Jurist’s PR Office, honored the historic role of the Iraqi tribal communities in the 1920 uprising of Iraq, led by the late Grand Ayatollah Mirza Mohammad Taqi Shirazi. Furthermore, Mr. Al-Hajar honored the 100^th anniversary of this glorious uprising and highlighted the important role of the Shirazi household in this remarkable part of Iraq’s history.
