House of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Commemorates 10th of Muharram

The house of the Grand Shia Islamic Jurist Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Husayni Shirazi hosted the commemorations of the Day of Ashura, which is marked on the 10^th day of Muharram. Large numbers of Shia believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them) as well as religious scholars and activists took part in these commemorations and listened to religious lectures on the sacrifices and tragedies of Imam Husayn (peace be upon him). Eulogies were also recited in honor of the holy AhlulBayt during these commemorations.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
