Anwar Al-Jawadain Institute Honors Muharram 2020 in Baghdad

Anwar Al-Jawadain Cultural Institute, affiliated with the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Baghdad commemorated the martyrdom of Imam Husayn (peace be upon him) during Muharram 2020. Groups of cultural and religious figures, as well as public groups of Shia believers took part in these commemorations. Recitation of Quran, religious lectures by Sheikh Aqeel Al-Kazimi, as well as eulogies in honor of the holy AhlulBayt (peace be upon them) were some parts of the programs in these commemorations.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
