Distinguished Figures From Holy Karbala Meet with Grand Ayatollah Shirazi
On the eve of Tuesday, December 4, 2018, a group of elders and renowned figures of the Holy City of Karbala met with the Grand Shia Jurist and Islamic Authority Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Shirazi in the Holy City of Qom. In this meeting, the Grand Jurist stated: “The City of Karbala hosts millions of pilgrims on various occasions such as Arbaeen, 15th of Shaaban, the Eid Al-Adha, the Nights of Qadr and etc. A few years back, I read an official report by Iraqi officials that said above 100 million pilgrims visit this City annually. These pilgrims come from around the world and interact with the people of Karbala. So, you should educate the youths to be well-cultured in their interactions with these pilgrims.”
His eminence further added: “Pay attention to the youths, at universities, schools, seminaries, the marketplace, anywhere. Try to en courage the youths to participate in the religious gatherings and teach them about the culture of AhlulBayt.”
At the end, the Grand Jurist prayed for his visitors to be successful in their lives.
