Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Mediates Peace Talks between Two Iraqi Tribes

Following an invitation from Sayed Majeed Mosawi, one of the representatives of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, members from the office of Grand Jurist in holy Najaf, traveled to the Naseriya City in Iraq, to mediate peace talks between to Iraqi tribes. Sheikh Salah Al-Helfi was leading this office delegation, on a mission to restore peace and friendship between two Iraqi tribal communities in the city of Naseriya. Unfortunately, the clashes between these two tribes had left 7 people killed.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
