The Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in Basra held commemorations to honor the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatima Zahra (peace be upon her). This religious commemoration was held on Sunday, December 13 at the Husayniya of Lady Masoumeh (peace be upon her) in Basra. Sheikh Mohammad Al-Ferayji delivered a lecture to the public and Mohammad Al-Asadi recited eulogies in this commemoration.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
