Offices and Centers Affiliated to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Celebrate Birthday of Imam Ali (PBUH)

The offices and Islamic centers affiliated to the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi held ceremonies in different parts of the world, to celebrate the birthday of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali blessings of Allah be upon him.

On this occasion, a ceremony was held at the Office of Grand Jurist in holy Karbala, on Thursday night, 12^th of Rajab 1442 AH. Groups of cultural and religious figures, as well as clerics and seminarians and the general public were present in this ceremony. Mr. Qazwini delivered a lecture to the participants.

In the city of Basra, a ceremony was held on this occasion at the Office of Grand Jurist in this City. It is worth noting that Sadiqiya Community organized this event, during which some cultural and religious figures took part in various programs, such as religious lectures, reciting poems.

Rasul Adham Cultural and Charitable Institute in holy Kadhimiya and Anwar Al-Jawadain Institute in Baghdad were among other centers affiliated to the Grand Jurist, to celebrate the birthday of Imam Ali (Blessings of Allah be upon him) in Iraq.

In Afghanistan, the Office of Grand jurist in Bamyan city and Fatima Zahra Center in Kabul also held ceremonies to mark the birthday of the holy Imam Ali (Blessings of Allah be upon him). Clerics, seminarians, religious and cultural figures, government officials, and representatives of the offices of other Islamic jurists took part in these ceremonies.

In Iran, the birthday of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (PBUH) was celebrated at Ahlulbayt Husayniya in Khoramshahr City. Groups of Shia believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them) participated in these ceremonies and honored this day.

Imam Jafar Sadiq Center in Detroit, USA also held a ceremony to celebrate the birthday of Imam Ali (PBUH). Sheikh Jafar Haeri delivered a lecture to the participants. Eulogies in honor of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them) were also recited in this ceremony.

Ale Yaseen Husayniya and Mosque, affiliated to the Office of Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in Sydney, Australia also held a ceremony to honor the birthday of Imam Ali (PBUH). Sheikh Haidar Al-Samyani delivered a lecture to the public. This ceremony was streamed live on Imam Hussein TV.

And finally, the AhlulBayt Islamic Center in Mahajanga City of Madagascar held a ceremony to celebrate this occasion. This center hosted groups of Shia believers and lovers of Ahlulbayt (PBUT) and gave out some gifts and presents to the participants.
