Zainabiya Seminary in Damascus Syria Celebrates Birthday of Imam Ali (PBUH)

Zainabiya Seminary, affiliated to the Office of Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in Damascus, Syria held a ceremony to celebrate the birthday of the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (Blessings of God be upon him). This ceremony hosted groups of cultural and religious figures, and the general public. Religious lectures by Sayed Ibrahim Khizir and eulogies recited in honor of Ahlulbayt (Blessings of God be upon them) were other parts of this ceremony.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
