Offices of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Mourn Martyrdom of Imam Kadhim (PBUH)

Many offices and Islamic centers of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in different parts of the world held ceremonies to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Mosa Kadhim (Blessings of God be upon him).

In the country of Iraq and in holy Karbala, the Office of Grand Jurist in this City held a ceremony on Wednesday, 25^th of Rajab 1442 AH. This ceremony hosted groups of cultural and religious figures, as well as the general public. Sheikh Fadhil Khatib was the main speaker of the event.

PR Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Karbala also held a ceremony to mark the martyrdom of Imam Kadhim (peace be upon him). This ceremony was attended by groups of Shia believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them) as well as groups of cultural and religious figures.

In the holy City of Najaf, the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi also held a ceremony on this occasion and hosted large number of Shia believers and lovers of Ahlulbayt (PBUT). Religious lectures were some parts of the programs in this ceremony.

In holy Kadhimiya, Rasul Adham Center hosted pilgrims of Imam Kadhim (PBUH), coinciding with the martyrdom anniversary of this holy Imam. This center hosts large numbers of pilgrims and Shia believers every year on this occasion, and provides them with resting place, food, beverages and other services.

In Baghdad, the Iraqi Capital, Anwar Al-Jawadain Institute commemorated the martyrdom of Imam Kadhim (PBUH) and the passing of Hazrat Abu Talib (PBUH). This ceremony was held on 26^th of Rajab, and it hosted groups of Shia believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (PBUT). Sheikh Aqil Al-Kadhimi delivered a lecture to the public.

Sayed Rasul Hosseini, the director of Sharifa Cultural and Charitable Institute, affiliated to the Grand Jurist in Baghdad also provided some services to pilgrims on this occasion. This religious scholar and activist hosted pilgrims at the centers set up by AhlulBayt Islamic Thought Center, to answer religious questions. It is worth noting that the distribution of books and religious pamphlets was among the other activities of this center.

In Kuwait, Rasul Adham Husaynia marked the martyrdom of Imam Kadhim (peace be upon him), during some ceremonies, which hosted groups of Shia believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them). Sayed Abdul-Hossein Qazwini and Mahmoud Asiri were the main speakers of the event.

And finally, in Lebanon, the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Kadhim (PBUH) was commemorated by Azizatul-Hussein Community in Beirut. This ceremony was attended by many cultural and religious figures, including Sheikh Jalal Maash, the representative of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi.
