Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Welcomes Pilgrims of Imam Hussein (PBUH)

The Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in the holy City of Karbala hosted believers and pilgrims of Imam Hussein (Blessings of God be upon him) on the 15^th of Shaban, which marks the birthday anniversary of the Awaited Savior, Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his advent). At these meetings, various topics, on Islamic jurisprudence and beliefs were discussed. Furthermore, some eulogies and poems were recited in honor of the holy AhlulBayt, blessings of God be upon them.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
