Zainabiya Seminary in Syria Celebrates Birthday of Imam al-Mahdi

The Islamic seminary of Zainabiya, affiliated with the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Damascus, Syria held a ceremony to celebrate the birthday of the Awaited Savior, Imam al-Mahdi (may God hasten his reappearance). This ceremony hosted the believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (Blessings of God be upon them) as well as cultural and religious experts and some clerics. It is worth noting that a similar ceremony was also held by the women department at this seminary.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
