Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Holy Karbala Holds Commemorations

Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Office in the holy city of Karbala Iraq, held a commemoration ceremony, on the 9th of Muharram, to mourn Imam Hussein’s martyrdom, peace be upon him. This commemoration ceremony started with recitation of holy Quran, then Ziarat Ashura was recited, also a lecture was delivered by Sheikh Nasser Alhaaeri. Religious and cultural figures, as well as the believers participated in this commemoration ceremony.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
