The Baraka Foundation, in city of Mahmoudiya in Iraq, affiliated to the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, held Imam Husayn Martyrdom commemoration programs, in the first ten days of the month of Muharram. These commemoration programs, were conducted in memory of Imam Husayn, peace be upon him and his brave-loyal family members and companions. Reciting the accounts of Imam Husayn’s martyrdom and other similar programs were conducted in this month.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
