Grand Ayatollah Shirazi PR Manager in Holy Karbala Meets High Profile Personalities

A few days ago, Sayed Aref Nasrullah, the PR manager of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Karbala met with Sayed Hussein al-Gharifi, son of Grand Ayatollah Sayed Ala Al-Gharifi during a visit to his house in holy Karbala. In this meeting, both sides talked about the spiritual atmosphere of the holy city of Karbala during the Arbaeen pilgrimage. In the end, son of Grand Ayatollah Gharifi appreciated the tireless efforts of the PR manager of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi for upholding the Husseini rituals.

Furthermore, Sayed Aref Nasrullah had a separate meeting with Dr. Ahmed al-Sahhaf, spokesperson for Iraq’s Foreign Ministry to discuss facilitations for more pilgrims from outside Iraq to enter this country during the Arbaeen pilgrimage. In this meeting, Mr. Nasrullah stated that creating mechanisms and systems to facilitate the Arbaeen pilgrimage must be a national agenda in order to improve religious tourism in this country. He then pointed to the exceptional aspects of the Arbaeen pilgrimage, which is recorded as the World’s Largest Religious Gathering.

And finally, the PR manager of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi hosted some delegations from the cities of holy Najaf and Ammarah at its headquarters in holy Karbala. During this meeting, Mr. Nasrullah stated: “The gates of Karbala are open to all lovers of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and we will our best to serve these people.” In the end, Mr. Nasrullah appreciated the great services provided to pilgrims by all activists during the two months of Muharram and Safar.
