Memorials of Lady Fatimah Zahra Peace Be Upon Her Worldwide
The Shia in Kuwait commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatimah Zahra (peace be upon her), hosting scholars such as Sayed Ahmed Shirazi, the son of the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Shirazi. The son of the Grand Jurist participated in commemorations at Imam Ali Husayniya and Rasul Adham Husayniya in Kuwait.
In the meantime, the Offices of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in different parts of the world held commemorations to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatimah Zahra (peace be upon her). These commemorations were attended by scholars, clerics, religious figures, cultural activists and public groups of people. These memorials were held at the Offices of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Karbala and Basra in Iraq, as well as the Grand Jurist’s Offices in Damascus, the Syrian Capital and Kabul, the Afghan Capital.
Islamic centers and institutions dependent to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in different parts of the world also held commemorations to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatimah Zahra (peace be upon her). The Public Relations Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Karbala, Rasul Adham Institute in holy Kadhimiya, AhlulBayt Cultural and Charitable Center in Basra held memorials on this day.
In Iran, the Khaymatul Abbas Community in holy Mashhad hosted the Shia believers who commemorated the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah Zahra (PBUH), the daughter of the God’s messenger. This community is made up of some young and elderly servants of Imam Hussain (PBUH). The Karbalayis Husayniya from Isfahan were also another community to hold mourning processions on the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah Zahra (PBUH).
In India, Sayed Saif Abbas Naqvi, one of the representatives of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in this country held commemorations of Lady Fatimah Zahra (PBUH) in the city of Lucknow. In these commemorations, the Grand Jurist’s representative delivered speeches to the public. The Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in India and Abu Talib Islamic Seminary in this country also marked the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah Zahra (PBUH).
The Ale Yasin Husayniya and Darul Hussain Center in Sydney, Australia also commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatimah Zahra (PBUH). These commemorations included congregational prayers, recitation of Ziarat Ashura, as well as speeches and eulogies.
