Deaf Activists from Holy Karbala Meet with Grand Ayatollah Shirazi

A group of deaf religious activists from holy Karbala visited the Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi at his Central Office in the holy City of Qom in Iran. In this meeting, the Grand Jurist stated: “I really appreciate you coming here and I pray for your success. I hope you also pray for me at the shrines of holy infallibles in Iraq. Now, I would like you to reflect on this piece of advice from the Prophet of Islam who repeated it for three times: Don’t get angry.”

His eminence then added: “Anyone of you who can control his temper, will have the honor to meet with the Prophet of Islam in the afterlife. But those who succumb to their rage and anger, will have to account for all the sins in their book of deeds.”

The Grand Ayatollah then hinted: “It is a fact that if you keep your temper in check, you will be encouraged by God and the holy messenger.” Furthermore, the Grand Jurist said: “It is good for you to connect to other people with hearing disabilities and walk them in the path of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them). Though it might seem difficult, but it is surely worth it.”
