Imam Redha Birthday Celebrations Worldwide

Coinciding with the birthday anniversary of the eighth successor of the holy Prophet of Islam, Imam Redha (peace be upon him), the Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in Lebanon held celebrations. The ceremonies enjoyed the presence of various cultural and religious figures, including Sheikh Abdullah Mulla Hadi, who was the keynote speaker of the event.

On this occasion, the Baitul Hussain Religious Center, dependent to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Melbourne, Australia held ceremonies too. Groups of Shia believers and lovers of AhlulBayt (peace be upon them) participated in these celebrations, during which they recited poems and eulogies in honor of Imam Redha (peace be upon him).

In Baghdad, the Capital of Iraq, the Anwar Al-Jawadain Institute held celebrations and hosted orphans and needy families. Sheikh Ali Al-Esami, the director of this institute was the speaker of the event. Some presents were given out to orphans in this event.
