Members of Shia Societies Association Travel to Syria  

Members from Shia Societies Association, affiliated to the Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Karbala traveled to Syria in order to strengthen ties with religious communities in this country, coinciding with the beginning of the month of Rajab. These members of Shia Societies Association joined commemorations of Imam Hadi’s martyrdom, held at the shrine of Lady Zainab (peace be upon her). The members of this association also visited the Seminary of Zainabiya in Damascus and met with its top seminarians, including Sheikh Hassan Shahrestani, the head of Zainabiya Seminary.
