Sacrifice and Prayers for Affliction to Go Away by Om Abiha Institute

Om Abiha Cultural and Charitable Institute, affiliated to the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi sacrificed a livestock, and prayed for the reappearance of the holy Savior, Imam Al-Mahdi and for the current afflictions to go away. The tradition of sacrifice is a long ago ritual, to wish success and health for the beloved ones. The sacrificed meat was given out to the orphans and needy in the holy City of Karbala.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
