AhlulBayt Institute in Basra Continues with its Initiative to Honor 100 Activist

AhlulBayt Cultural and Charitable Institute, affiliated to the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Basra continues its program to celebrate the 100 influential activists in Basra, Iraq. In recent days, delegate from AhlulBayt Institute visited Basra Central Library and met with Mr.Moras Abdul-Salam, the director of this center. In this meeting, the delegate from AhlulBayt Institute visited different parts of the library, including the manuscripts section. At the end, some books written by the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi were given to the management of Basra Central Library. Furthermore, this delegate met with the Director of Social Welfare in Basra and the Director of Citizens’ Affairs in this City and was informed of the services that these departments provide to the people of Basra.
