Activities by Delegations of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Basra

Several delegations from the Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Najaf continue to participate in religious and cultural programs in Basra, during their visit to this City earlier this week.

In recent days, these delegations visited a Quranic gathering held by the Teachers’ Syndicate in Basra, and met with Adel Zarkani, the spokesperson of the syndicate. Sheikh Salah al-Halfi, on behalf of the Grand Jurist’s Office in holy Najaf delivered a speech at this Quranic gathering.

It is worth noting that meetings with Iraqi tribal chiefs in Basra were other programs by the Grand Jurist’s delegations.
